Welfare Office Protocol for Photographing/Video Recordings.

  • Pictures or video recording can be taken only with the consent of the relatives, otherwise its prohibited.

Warm Nest Protocol for Visitors:

  • Giving any kind of food/drink to the elders, might affect their health condition. i.e.: cause allergy, hyperglycemia etc. Please consult the staff before you offer something.
  • Always inform the staff of any medicines you bring along and please hand it directly to the staff not to the elders for safety purposes.

Requirements for Nursing Homes Visits

According to the Ministry of Health protocol for Nursing Homes:

Visitors should present a 24h Rapid Test or 48h PCR Test.

  • Visits should be made by appointment (preferably the appointment to be arranged a day before), and the visit should not exceed 2 people (1 person each time).
